Before founding Life Jacket Legal, she practiced at some of the nation’s most respected AmLaw 100 firms — Chadbourne & Parke (now Norton Rose Fulbright) and Hunton & Williams (now Hunton Andrews Kurth) — where she represented major corporations across a broad range of industries including entertainment, products liability, and employment law. She fought to resolve compliance crises before they became public catastrophes, defended trademarks for major apparel brands, and prosecuted intellectual property theft on behalf of clients who deserved to have their work protected. She knows how institutional defendants think, how they construct their defenses, and where they are vulnerable.

Ms. Allen graduated with honors from the University of California, Irvine, and earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2000. She has been practicing law since 2005.
